Directions for Use:
 
Ocean Treasure - Adults: 2 - 4 capsules daily - Children: 30 to 75 lbs., 1 capsule daily - under 30 lbs, 1/2 capsule per 15 lbs.
 
Ionic Sea Minerals - Adults: 1 tsp./day - Children: 1 drop/4 lbs. weight/day
 
Ionic Sea Mineral Capsules - Adults: 2-4 capsules daily with 6 - 18 oz. of water - Children: 1 capsule daily per 40 to 60 lbs.
 
SeaBoost Cream - apply a small amount to desired area of skin and rub in (a little goes a long way).  Do no use on weaping skin conditions such as eczema as it may may these conditions worse.  If applied to open skin, it will burn but may greatly assist in the healing process.
 
SAS - dilute with water for general cleaning purposes or use undeluted for cutting grease.
